California Medicaid, through one door
Medi-Cal · run by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS).
Medi-Cal is run by one agency, the Department of Health Care Services, covering roughly one in three Californians. Most members are in managed care, delivered through five plan models in all 58 counties; the rest is fee-for-service. Counties determine eligibility and run behavioral health; pharmacy is carved out to Medi-Cal Rx and dental to Medi-Cal Dental. The CalAIM reform rests on a Section 1115 demonstration and a Section 1915(b) waiver traveling together, both running through December 31, 2026.
This page is the streamlined way in: the state’s own front doors, laid out in one place, each a straight link to the official page it names. It is one of 51 such interfaces, one per state and the District of Columbia, each built from that state’s Knowledge Base. The page is built to collect nothing — no forms, no accounts, no trackers — and every click hands you to the state’s own site.

Not here yet
What this state’s Knowledge Base does not hold, stated plainly. A door with nothing behind it is not linked to air; the gap is printed instead.
- The California register itself — no determinations or reconciliation exist yet.
- Executed contracts with individual health plans and county behavioral health plans — the haul holds the boilerplate contracts the State writes from.
- Any California instrument for 42 CFR Part 432 or Part 437 located in the window.
- Official Title 22 / Title 9 regulatory text — reached through a university mirror only.
- The provider manual as stable links — it publishes through a system whose links expire; its door (For Medi-Cal Providers) is above.
- The fee schedule as a document — Medi-Cal rates live in a portal lookup; rate methodologies are here instead.
Everything on file
The state’s Knowledge Base record, class by class — every located source behind the doors above, with its address exactly as the record carries it. Records the front doors already use are not repeated here.

The handoff. Every link on this page leaves Agentic Armor for the official state or federal page it names; nothing here stands between you and the state. This interface is built to collect nothing: it asks for nothing, stores nothing, and follows no one. What the state’s own sites do after the handoff is the state’s own practice.
