South Carolina Medicaid, through one door

Healthy Connections · run by the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS).

One state agency runs it: SCDHHS, under the name Healthy Connections, covering roughly one million members. Delivery is managed-care dominant — five MCOs — with a fee-for-service residue; seven 1915(c) home and community-based waivers operate alongside. South Carolina has not adopted the Medicaid adult expansion group; its CHIP is Partners for Healthy Children.

This page is the streamlined way in: the state’s own front doors, laid out in one place, each a straight link to the official page it names. It is one of 51 such interfaces, one per state and the District of Columbia, each built from that state’s Knowledge Base. The page is built to collect nothing — no forms, no accounts, no trackers — and every click hands you to the state’s own site.

What this state’s Knowledge Base does not hold, stated plainly. A door with nothing behind it is not linked to air; the gap is printed instead.

  • Executed, signed per-plan MCO contracts — only the July 1, 2025 finalized contract form was located.
  • The current published Medicaid Quality Strategy document — referenced and linked, not captured.
  • The full text of bulletin MB24-022, "Restart of Provider Revalidation."
  • The text of Regulation 126-300(B), "Medicaid Service Area."
  • Standalone approved 1915(c) applications for the HASCI, Community Supports, HIV/AIDS, and Mechanical Ventilator Dependent waivers.
  • The eligibility manual (MPPM) on its official host — found only through a third-party mirror.
  • Individual fee-schedule files — the index of 33 schedules is here; the files behind it were not opened.
  • A public approval packet for SPA 26-0001 — the filing is held; no public packet was located.

The handoff. Every link on this page leaves Agentic Armor for the official state or federal page it names; nothing here stands between you and the state. This interface is built to collect nothing: it asks for nothing, stores nothing, and follows no one. What the state’s own sites do after the handoff is the state’s own practice.
