How every engagement starts
Every engagement at this counter is scoped before it is priced. It is priced before it is started. The scope names the deliverable. The scope names the price. Both stand in writing before work begins and before money moves.
Work that has not started
Cancel before the work starts and the payment comes back in full. No reason needs giving.
Work under way
Cancel while work is under way and the payment covers the work done to that point. The rest comes back. What counts as done is shown with its evidence, the same way every delivery at this counter is shown.
Work we cannot deliver
If we cannot deliver what the scope promised, the money for the undelivered part comes back in full. The promise was ours. The shortfall is ours.
Files and digital goods
Books, course files, films, and reports arrive as files. If a file reaches you broken, we put a working file in your hands. If we cannot do that, the price comes back in full.
Ongoing tiers
The ongoing assurance tiers bill month to month. A cancellation stops future billing. It takes effect at once for every month not yet started.
How to ask
Write to the address on the contact page and name the engagement. A refund returns through the same channel the payment arrived by. No form stands between you and the ask.
