Shipping policy

The whole policy

We sell no physical goods on this site. Nothing is packed. Nothing is shipped. No delivery truck is involved in anything this company sells.

How products arrive

Books arrive as files. Course material arrives as files. Films arrive as files. Audit reports arrive as documents. Delivery runs by download or by email, to the address the buyer gives us.

A file that arrives broken is replaced with a working file. The refund policy covers the case where a working file cannot be put in your hands.

If that ever changes

If a product ever takes physical form, this page changes before the first order is taken. The shipping terms will stand here, in plain words, ahead of any sale. Until that day, this short page is the true one.
