Banking & Credit Unions

The door for banks and credit unions whose customers are about to bank through agents — built so that every action those agents take arrives with a receipt.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. The splice-in kit seats the backbone inside the institution’s own walls.
  2. Agents act at the window the institution already runs.
  3. Every act arrives with a receipt — the institution, the customer, and the auditor can each check what actually happened.

WHERE IT STANDS — Design intent, stated as design: no bank runs it today, and nothing here is an offer of a certified product. Underneath the design, the core is built and verified at demonstration scope — the splice-in kit, the attack suite at 6 of 6, and the reconciliation loop run end to end as an exhibit.

YOUR HOST — Tess the Lead — this page is an invitation, and invitations to the whole house are issued in her voice. Meet your host.

Built and verified means a thing exists and has been verified. Design intent means the design, stated as design. Projected means a direction, claimed as nothing more.

WHERE WE ARE

Design intent. As a banking capability, this is a design, stated as design: no bank runs it today, and nothing on this page is an offer of a certified product. Underneath the design, the core is built and verified at demonstration scope: the splice-in kit (one kit, built, clean-room tested, and independently verified), the attack suite at 6 of 6 in the Gatekeeper demonstration, and the reconciliation loop run end to end as an exhibit on the founder’s own order. LiveBooks is pilot-forming: it runs daily on the founder’s own books, and its customer version is in development on the same backbone.

Your customers are about to bank through agents. The question is whether every action those agents take arrives with a receipt.

THE PROBLEM

Money is starting to move at machine speed, on customers’ behalf, through software agents, and the industry’s oldest question gets sharper, not softer: when an agent acts, who authorized it, what exactly did it do, and can anyone prove it afterward? An action without a receipt is a dispute waiting for its date. Banks and credit unions carry the trust their customers lend them; an agent layer that acts without evidence spends that trust invisibly, one unrecorded action at a time.

THE CAPABILITY

Agentic Armor is designed to sit inside how agents operate, the evidence layer in the path of the action, not beside it. Design intent. How we handle data and proof, see Data Security ↓ The flagship expression of that design is the Agentic Teller (its own page in this package): the customer’s own agent, on their own device, as their side of the bank. Beside it, LiveBooks (design intent, pilot forming) is budgeting designed to live inside the banking experience, reconciling a customer’s spend into a living book by default. And the layer is not a slide: its backbone exists today as a working kit (the proof, below).

The proof that exists today.

The splice-in kit is built and verified. It is a bank splice-in kit, built and clean-room tested, and independently verified: dual-witness writes and holder-keyed receipts. One kit. It is the first kit, stated as one.

The reconciliation loop, run live, is built and verified as an exhibit. A real Walmart order was reconciled end to end through the design’s discipline (split on arrival, adjusted on posting, entered as settled only when settlement posts), on the founder’s own account, producible as an exhibit.

The assurance practice, published, is built and verified. We audit our own surfaces and publish the findings whole. The House Audit binder stands published, findings at full size, cures beside them. It is the same evidence discipline offered to institutions, first performed on ourselves.

THE DOOR

Conversations begin as design-partner conversations, under NDA, at [email protected]. Nothing on this page is an offer of a certified product; the Teller and LiveBooks read as what they are, a flagship in design and a line in pilot formation, standing on a backbone that exists.
