A South Carolina limited liability company building a verified trust layer for AI agents that act in the real world — and publishing its receipts as it goes.
HOW IT WORKS
Everything is scoped before it is priced, and priced before it is started.
Claims print only where evidence carries them; what is design is labeled design.
The receipts publish — the proof and the counted progress on this page are the standing example.
WHERE IT STANDS — Formed and operating in Lexington, South Carolina. The formation record, the story, the complete line, and the counted progress stand below, on this one page.
A small company building verifiable systems. Agentic Armor LLC is a small, agentic, disabled veteran-owned company based in Lexington, South Carolina. We are available for contract work with CMS and with state agencies outside South Carolina. Everything we build and everything we audit is held to one standard: a claim you can trace to its receipt.
Scaffolding for project managers to navigate the CFR landscape — to a PM, that landscape is a mountain of paperwork. Project closure and verification tooling, tied into the Atlas from the user’s phone; the door, web interface or app, is the open design point, and it is named as one.

05 / OUR STORY
The story so far.
Agentic Armor exists because inside regulated work, a claim without evidence is just a sentence. The company was formed to build the layer that shows its work, systems whose claims trace to receipts, and to sell that standard as a service: audits that show their evidence, builds verified on the served surface, a company graded in the open against its own receipts.
01 / THE COMPANY
Small on purpose
Agentic Armor LLC is a formed South Carolina company, based in Lexington. We are small on purpose: an agentic company, the systems we sell are the systems we run on, and the standards on this page are the standards our own work is graded against. Our focus is our products and services, centered on security and quality: security is what we build and audit for; quality, evidence behind every claim, verification on the served surface, is how.
We are pre-revenue, and we say so plainly. What we have instead of a client list is a proof record, and a way of working we put in writing.
02 / HOW AN ENGAGEMENT WORKS
Every engagement leaves receipts
01
Audit
We look from outside, with public signals only, and we show our evidence.
02
Findings
You get the report and the improvement plan; the findings are yours whether or not we do another hour of work.
03
Fix
Scoped, priced, and verified on the served surface when it lands.
04
Assurance
If you keep us, we keep watching; if you don’t, the receipts stay with you.
Every engagement leaves receipts. That is not a slogan here; it is the deliverable format.
03 / THE SNOWBALL
A way of learning that compounds
The house learns as the Agentic Snowball: the Education Program’s method, everything taken in captured, codified, applied, and compounded, each pass starting from more than the last, so the learning gathers mass as it rolls.
Michael Brotherton, Founder of Agentic Armor LLC. PMP and CSM certified; 25+ years across military service (retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 3), engineering, energy, and Medicaid program delivery. He founded the company in Lexington, South Carolina, in October 2026.
RUNNING HERE — It runs today in our own house, and it is not for sale.
PROVEN HERE — It has been shown working in our own house, and it is not for sale.
BEING BUILT — We are building it now, and it is not ready.
READY, NOT OPEN — The work is finished, and orders have not opened.
LEARNING IN PUBLIC — The program studies in the open, and it sells nothing.
The build order of record: the Store opens first, in December; then the LiveBooks customer version; then the Agentic Teller; then Agentic Media; the Verify-and-Close platform follows once the December listing stands live. At the head of the products stands the Atlas, the spearhead and the entry line of the house; Agentic Armor is the house above it.
THE PRODUCTS
THE AGENTIC TELLER
BEING BUILT
A helper who sits on your own device, your side of the bank window, doing money errands with you, with a receipt for every act. She is the face of this line, and she is being built now. Her backbone, the part that watches every act and keeps the proof, stands built and tested at demonstration scope; the Teller herself is in development, and this listing says so rather than dressing her as done.
LIVEBOOKS
RUNNING HERE
Bookkeeping that keeps itself: every purchase lands already split, already witnessed, one true book, live, that shows its receipts. It runs today on our founder’s own books, every day; the customer version is in development on the same backbone.
LiveBooks & the Agentic Teller — the spot, 16 seconds. LiveBooks runs here today; the Teller is being built, and the film says exactly that.
THE NICK: LIVEBOOKS’ DEAL HUNTER
He finds every coupon code for a purchase, tests them all himself in the real cart, and reports only the ones that work, with the time he tested them. A code that fails is his problem, never yours. Today he works by hand, on the house’s own purchases; his product shape is not decided yet. The coupon finder stands IN DESIGN — it is not an available product, and nothing on this page offers it for sale.
WEBSITE ASSURANCE
ON SALE
We examine websites the way an examiner would, and show everything we find, in plain words first, with the full record behind it. Thirteen tiers, from a one-time deep audit to an operations partnership. This is the line working in the market today.
IMAGE ENHANCEMENT
READY, NOT OPEN
Pictures repaired and improved, old scans, logos, whole photo sets, every picture shipped with its receipt: before, after, and what was done. The work is ready; first orders open when our insurance binds, and until then the door is an interest list that says so.
A sample of the work, from our own house, and a real photograph this time: the framed Serenity Prayer piece on the founder’s wall, shot on a phone on October 23, 2026, in flat room light, with the room’s glare standing on the glass. After: that same photograph after the production pass — the glare repaired, the light and color set right, the lettering sharpened. One photograph, both files, the same frame pixel for pixel, so the comparison below is honest: slide it and nothing moves but the work itself.
BEFOREAFTER
Drag the slider, or drag on the picture itself, to compare the two. The button flips between them.
How this job is measured — its receipt
Delivered size
2048 × 1536 → 2048 × 1536 — the same frame, pixel for pixel (3,145,728 pixels in each file). Nothing re-cropped, nothing moved, nothing reframed. Read off the two files.
File size
373,868 → 658,762 bytes, a JPEG before and after. The two files as they sit.
How much of the picture the work touched
24.6% of pixels differ past a small allowance; the rest is the same photograph, untouched. The two files laid at one size and compared pixel by pixel.
The glare
Blown-out glare on the right panel’s glass: 0.81% of its pixels → 0.00% — the hard white reflection at the panel’s seam is gone outright, and the broad sheen behind it is softened, not painted over. Counted on the panel’s own area in both files.
The light and the lettering
Brightness spread 40.9 → 48.2 of 255 — the flat room light got its depth back — and the prayer’s lettering edge strength 2,934 → 5,707, near double: the words read at a glance instead of a squint. Both read off the two files; the lettering measured on the prayer panel itself.
What the pass did not do, and does not claim: it moved nothing in the frame, invented no detail the phone never caught, and did not paint the room clean — the scuffs on the wall above the frame are still there, quieter in the better light. The piece’s slight lean is the photograph’s own; straightening it would mean re-cropping, and this job was repair, not reframing. Those limits stand on the receipt too.
THE POSTMAN
PROVEN HERE
An inbox that reconciles itself to zero: receipts pulled out and matched, everything filed into your own folders, only what truly needs you left standing. Assessed feasible with named conditions, proven on the founder’s own mailbox. Not on offer yet, in evidence, on its way.
Agentic Services — the spot, 18 seconds. Work that shows its evidence: the Postman — cleanup and hardening; the Owner’s Phone — hardened to the standard, being built, and the film says exactly that.
AGENTIC MEDIA
BEING BUILT
A player built for the library you already own, your films, your files, played cleanly, resuming exactly where you left off. First milestone stands dated in our record: November 11, 2026.
Agentic Media — the spot, 16 seconds. The player that answers to its owner. Its first build exists — a real app, built, not a rendering; the team’s feed inside it is being built, and the film says exactly that.
THE LAUNCH LIST
OPEN
One list, kept by the house and nowhere else. When the player lands on phones, the people on this list hear first — including the day the club’s team feed opens inside the player. Your address is stored by Agentic Armor LLC in our own systems: never sold, never rented, never handed to a list service. One email when there is something real to say; that is the whole deal.
THE STORE
BEING BUILT
Our own shop, being built cradle to grave on the same backbone: a button will exist only for a payment rail that completes. The door is December: it opens when its test purchase passes, inside that window, not a day of adjectives sooner.
THE EDUCATION PROGRAM
LEARNING IN PUBLIC
The house studies the best material in the open and publishes its progress: the program that keeps every other line honest about what it knows. Founding state; it sells nothing and claims no one’s credentials.
THE WORKS
ON SALE
Two books by our founder, Shadows of Influence and The Single System, the editions that show their work. Published and on sale at their storefronts; sales stand at zero, and the listing says so.
The Books — the spot, 18 seconds. Shadows of Influence, published; Raise the Rate, the complete lesson-plan book, free to download; and every claim in them traces to its receipt.
And behind the door of evidence: designs and candidates the house does not list until a feasibility verdict seats them, named when they are real, not before. A complete line is a line that also says what it is NOT selling yet.
THE METHOD BEHIND THE LINE
THE AGENTIC SNOWBALL
The house’s way of learning, and the growth engine behind this whole line. It belongs to the Education Program: everything the house takes in is captured, codified, applied, and compounded. Each thing learned rolls into the next, and the mass gathers as it goes, so every pass starts from more than the last. It is listed because it is practiced: the learning is real, it is underway, and it claims no one’s credentials.
THE MECHANISM
THE MILLION REQUEST LINE. Our privacy standard stands beside this line: we don’t build products that need your data to work. Some things people want would need exactly that. This is the one road back. Ask for it, here on this site, or by email at our public door. Every request is listed in the open, with its count, on a public tracker anyone can read. We count REQUESTS; we do not harvest the askers, no tracking, no profiles, nothing kept about the person who asked. At ONE MILLION requests for the same thing, the house may PROPOSE building it, and even then, the proposal needs its own decision, made in the open. The count earns the proposal, never the build. Below a million, it doesn’t get built. That’s how serious we are about privacy.
The backbone is the part every Agentic Armor product stands on: your own key, a record nobody can rewrite, and a named person on every decision that matters. It needs nothing from anyone else in order to work. It runs the same way for a bank, a clinic, a school, or an audit. Each field adds its own rulebook on top, and the backbone does not change.
The long list of dependencies people see belongs to one product only: the secure messaging platform. Sealed conversations, messages that find you on any of your devices, groups at scale, keeping the phone company out of the middle. Those are hard problems, and they belong to messaging alone. They are the work of this pitch, and they are graded honestly in it: some legs can be built now, some need partners, and two are not solved yet.
Nothing else we make waits on any of that. The backbone is ready to carry other products today. The messaging platform is the one product with a chain to finish.
03 / PROOF
Receipts, not vision.
The trust layer has been attacked on purpose, by us, and the results are published with their states attached, proven, verified live, verified as built, behavior standing.
LIVE ATTACK SUITE6/6
All attempted attacks rejected. No unauthorized action accepted.
Replay attacks
Previously valid actions cannot simply be reused as new authority.
REJECTED
Forgery attacks
Fabricated proof cannot cross the verified trust boundary.
REJECTED
Unauthorized actions
Actions outside granted authority are stopped before execution.
October 22, 2026, the PHP2Shell wave. Two critical flaws in PHP, each rated 9.2 of 10, exploited at scale this week: an attacker needs no login, and the flaw fires before any application code runs. We swept our own backbone the morning the wave broke. It runs no PHP at any layer, site, workers, apps, or data, so there was nothing to patch, because there was nothing to patch it in. Exposure: none found. A daily watch stands while the wave runs, and every change to the backbone re-runs the sweep before it counts as done.
The same discipline runs through the house’s oversight work: figures print in their own record, with the census date attached, and only where the evidence carries them.

The white paper, in one paragraph: The Agentic Dome paper sets out the architecture and the evidence discipline behind the trust layer; it is available during pitch sessions and as its own document, not pasted into a sales page.

How the forecasts are set
Every date here is one of two kinds, and it says which. A landed date is a receipt: the bank splice-in kit closed on October 18, 2026, on a clean-room splice test re-performed by a second seat and verified — the date is the day the evidence landed. A forecast is an estimate, and its basis stands behind it: the December dates are the December plan’s own paths — live December 1 on Path A, December 4 on Path B, and January if both slip, the plan’s printed fallback rather than a quieter promise — and the Teller’s code-complete band is the settled estimate on its build record. Where no record sets a date, the item prints no forecast yet: this page would rather show the gap than invent a date. A forecast moves only when the record behind it moves, and the move prints here, in the open.
Full-scale changes only when the queue’s road changes, and the full-scale figures print beside the fills so a changed destination shows as a changed destination.
