THE STORY
Every banking relationship used to have a window, a place where a person stood on the customer’s side of the glass and the bank stood on theirs, and what passed between them was witnessed by both. The definition is the founder’s, and it is the product’s whole idea: “The agentic agent on their device becomes their side of the bank as if they were at the cashier’s window. That’s Agentic Armor with LiveBooks.”
The Agentic Teller is that window, rebuilt for the agent era, an AI teller DESIGNED TO BE secured end to end: the customer’s own agent, on their own device, acting as their side of the bank, and the house’s backbone beneath it, witnessing.
What it is, every sentence carrying its state.
- The Teller is the CUSTOMER’S device-side agent; the house’s layer WITNESSES, it does not hold, move, or dispense the customer’s money. Design intent. The custody line is absolute.
- Its backbone exists today: the splice-in kit. It uses dual-witness writes and holder-keyed receipts. It is built, clean-room tested, and independently verified. Built and verified. One kit.
- Actions at the window are designed to be authenticated, scoped, and evidenced as they happen, a signed trace on every material act, held by both sides. Design intent.
- Beside the window, the customer’s money reconciles itself: spend split on arrival, adjusted on posting, entered as settled only when settlement posts, the loop run end to end on the founder’s own order (the exhibit’s receipts carry its date). Built and verified as an exhibit. The general capability is design intent.

- What the Teller never claims: certification of any kind, a compliance posture not yet earned, a deployment not yet run. The Teller reads as design intent standing on a built backbone. The country beyond it is projected: a standard in regulated finance, approached the honest way. Design partners, a reference implementation, receipts the whole way up.

The proof and the technical layer
PROOF DOORS
The splice-in kit is built and verified. It is a bank splice-in kit, built and clean-room tested, and independently verified: dual-witness writes and holder-keyed receipts. One kit. It is the first kit, stated as one.
GRADED SUMMARIES
The reconciliation loop, run live, is built and verified as an exhibit. A real Walmart order was reconciled end to end through the design’s discipline (split on arrival, adjusted on posting, entered as settled only when settlement posts), on the founder’s own account, producible as an exhibit.
The assurance practice, published, is built and verified. We audit our own surfaces and publish the findings whole. The House Audit binder stands published, findings at full size, cures beside them. It is the same evidence discipline offered to institutions, first performed on ourselves.
