Press
For producers, editors, and bookers: what Agentic Armor LLC is, who founded it, what it publishes, and how to reach us. Everything on this page is stated plainly, and every fact on it can be checked on the pages it names.
What Agentic Armor is
Agentic Armor LLC is a small, disabled veteran-owned product company based in Lexington, South Carolina. It builds verifiable systems: software, registers, and books whose claims trace to evidence a reader can check for themselves. Where a product’s record is thin, the page that carries it says so. Where a claim cannot be carried by the evidence, the company does not print it.
The company works in four lines. The Medicaid Compliance Atlas reconciles state Medicaid programs against the federal regulation and publishes the register. A shelf of apps serves everyday people and the institutions that serve them. Books and courses carry the founder’s writing and teaching, including a complete lesson plan book given away free. And the company publishes short films on its own shelf, introducing itself and its products on camera.
FOUNDER
Michael R. Brotherton
Michael R. Brotherton founded Agentic Armor LLC in Lexington, South Carolina, in October 2026. Across more than 25 years in Army and Air Force programs, energy work overseas, and Medicaid program management, he led teams and portfolios where a claim had to survive an audit. He retired from military service in 2018 as a U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 3, and he holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) credentials.
His book Shadows of Influence, a history of how the modern surveillance apparatus was built, told from the public record in plain language, was published in October 2026.
“We stand on the ground that Washington built and fought for, as one America — and everything we ship has to show its receipts.”
The Atlas
The Medicaid Compliance Atlas reconciles each state’s Medicaid program against the Code of Federal Regulations, provision by provision, and publishes the register: what applies, in what form, and what the public record does not hold, stated as plainly as what it does. The North Carolina Atlas Edition was published on October 27, 2026: 181 of 196 documents collected and reconciled (92.3 percent), and a register of 501 determinations, every one graded, none unverified. The state interfaces, streamlined editions of the states’ own Medicaid front doors, are free to anyone. The subscriptions are priced in the open: Bureau at $1,440 a year, Agency at $4,800 a year.
