Tennessee Medicaid, through one door
TennCare · run by the Division of TennCare, Department of Finance and Administration.
Tennessee’s program is TennCare, run by the Division of TennCare — the single state agency — inside the Department of Finance and Administration. The whole program operates under the TennCare III Section 1115 demonstration, running through December 31, 2030, rather than as a conventional state-plan-only program. Almost everyone is in managed care with three statewide companies, plus TennCare Select for defined populations; one company runs pharmacy statewide and one runs dental. Tennessee has not taken the ACA adult expansion; CoverKids is its separate CHIP.
This page is the streamlined way in: the state’s own front doors, laid out in one place, each a straight link to the official page it names. It is one of 51 such interfaces, one per state and the District of Columbia, each built from that state’s Knowledge Base. The page is built to collect nothing — no forms, no accounts, no trackers — and every click hands you to the state’s own site.

What this state’s Knowledge Base does not hold, stated plainly. A door with nothing behind it is not linked to air; the gap is printed instead.
- The full MCO statewide contract on a Tennessee host — located only on a third-party mirror, provenance flagged; per-plan base contracts not held.
- The pharmacy administrator (OptumRx) and external quality review organization contracts — not found as public documents.
- The official Secretary of State copies of rule chapters 1200-13-13 and 1200-13-20 — reached through mirrors and reproductions, provenance flagged.
- The three approved 1915(c) waiver applications themselves.
- A complete state plan amendment inventory, and the TennCare memos stream in bulk.
- A statewide fee schedule — Tennessee does not publish one; each health plan keeps its own, so there is no schedule to link.

The handoff. Every link on this page leaves Agentic Armor for the official state or federal page it names; nothing here stands between you and the state. This interface is built to collect nothing: it asks for nothing, stores nothing, and follows no one. What the state’s own sites do after the handoff is the state’s own practice.
